Our range
All our cheeses made on our farm are organic and vegetarian and made from home produced milk
The hard cheeses are hand cut and normally presented as a variable weight although net weights available on request.
Connage Dunlop
Whole cheeses available are approximately 25kg
Vacuum packed portions available: we are aiming for 250g
Smoked Dunlop
Sizes available are approximately 1-1.2kg quarter rounds
Vacuum packed portions available: we are aiming for 200g
Cromal, traditional farmhouse cheese
Whole cheeses available are approximately 12kg

Whole cheeses available are approximately 10kg

Sizes available range from approximately 250g small round and 1.5kg large round
Larger cheeses packed in a protective box for easy storage

Salted or unsalted (unsalted does have a shorter shelf life)
